A leading financial institution with its Head Office in Islamabad is looking for experienced, energetic, dynamic and talented individuals to fill the following positions:

Business Group Head

Qualifications: MBA in Marketing / Finance from a reputed foreign/ local university.

Experience: 15-20 years of broad based experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets at a senior level of EVP or above.

Key areas of responsibilities: Responsible for business growth and revenue targets of the company. Oversee, supervise, monitor, control and coordinate efforts of Corporate Finance/Investment, Treasury & Capital Markets, Private Equity and business related activities of Regional Offices to ensure meeting of business growth and profitability targets of the Company. Formulate and implement strategy and growth plans for Corporate, Investment and Commercial Business Group, to position the company as lead player and provide support in achieving its long term objectives. Develop a strong and quality revenue generating portfolio of fee and fund based business, which fits into the company’s overall strategy and positions the company as a lead market player. Develop long term relationships with credit worthy clients through a team of professional individuals. Review organization structure and upgrade people quality, enhance and maintain productivity of staff through motivation and team work. Practice zero tolerance for SBP, internal and external audit exceptions.

Head Corporate Finance

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (four years)/ Master’s Degree in Finance/ Business Administration/ Economics or equivalent from a reputed foreign/ local university.

Experience: Minimum 10-15 years experience in corporate finance/ related field in Banks/ DFIs.

Key areas of responsibilities: To plan organize, direct, coordinate, manage, control and review functions of corporate finance division through the support of a professional team. Head-CFD is required to develop and manage the relationships with corporate customers and build high credit quality portfolio with good return on investment as per business plan of the company.

Head Compliance

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (four years)/ Master’s Degree in the discipline of Finance/ Economics or Business Administration from a reputed foreign/ local university.

Experience: 10 plus years of experience with minimum 5 years in Bank/ DFI’s at a senior level in the field of compliance.

Key areas of responsibilities: The Head of Compliance is responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the company’s compliance management program. This position plans, organizes and controls the company’s day to day operational compliance activities; collaborates with the GM/CE in the overall administration of these matters for the company. Advises the Senior Management and Saudi Pak’s personnel of emerging compliance issues and consults and guides the company in the establishment of controls. Should have complete knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required to be implemented by the Company.

Head Risk Management – SEVP

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ Economics or equivalent, preferably certification in Risk Management (FRM) through Professional Risk Management Institute.

Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of risk management in DFI/Bank at a senior level of EVP or above.

Key areas of responsibilities: The Head Risk Management is responsible for ensuring that Saudi Pak maintains adequate credit, market and operational risk in full compliance with the banking laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures. Head Risk Management shall report to GM/Chief Executive and shall apprise Risk Management Committee of the Board as per the approved Risk Management Framework.

Head Human Resources – EVP/SUP

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (four years)/ Master’s Degree in the discipline of HR/ Social Sciences from a reputed foreign/ local university.

 Experience: 1 0-15 years of experience preferably in DFIs/ Banks.

Key areas of responsibilities: Provide Leadership in leveraging human resource of the company for optimum value addition towards achievement of Saudi Pak’s business goals and objectives through ensuring induction and retention of top quality talent, transformation of existing workforce from legacy skills and culture towards modern and competitive job related competencies. Provide strategy for the development, communication & implementation of a pay for performance culture through effective HR policies, people management practices and maintaining high level of motivation in the organization.

Head Private Equity- EVP/SVP

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (four years)/ Master’s Degree, preferably CFNFCA, in the discipline of banking, finance, economics, business administration and related field from a reputed foreign/local university/institute.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of work experience with preferably 5 plus years in private equity field.

Key areas of responsibilities: The Private Equity Head with strong background in accounting shall work under the immediate direction of the Business Group Head. The Private Equity Division Head is to act as an Investment Banking/Private Equity Specialist advising client companies and being involved in Capitalization of Ventures. Raise funds for corporate customers and Organizations, setup and facilitate funding process. Originate new clients, through referrals and natural market. Manage client lifecycle from origination of lead, to execution of deliverables, to generation of repeat business.

Head Portfolio Management Division- EVP/SVP

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (four years)/ Master’s Degree in the discipline of Finance/ Economics or Business Administration from a reputed foreign/ local university.

Experience: Minimum 7-12 years of working experience in Investment Analysis/ Capital Markets /Portfolio Management.

Key areas of responsibilities: To manage company’s assets and investments consistent with the established investment objectives and strategies of the company. Delivering high quality reporting on across-the-full investment portfolio, enabling the team to resolve issues and deliver targeted outcomes. Share responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining best return on the investment portfolio.
